Last Updated: 31.Aug.2026

Welcome to the website of Kazhani Native Farms (“Kazhani”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using this website, purchasing our products, registering for our services or experiences, submitting an enquiry, or otherwise interacting with our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

1. About Kazhani

Kazhani works across agriculture, food, farmer engagement, farm experiences, education, waste and resource management, sustainability initiatives and related activities.

Through this website, we may provide information about our organisation, farmers, farms, products, services, programmes, events and initiatives.

2. Products

We may offer fresh agricultural produce, native foods, grains, millets, spices, traditional food products and other farm-based or value-added products.

Agricultural products are naturally variable. Differences in size, colour, shape, texture, appearance, ripeness and other characteristics may occur depending on season, variety, growing conditions and harvest.

Product descriptions, photographs and availability are intended to provide reasonable information but may not always represent every individual product exactly.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information regarding ingredients, quantities, pricing, usage, storage and other product details.

Customers should read the applicable product label and instructions before use.

Where a product has specific allergen, dietary, storage or usage information, customers are responsible for reviewing that information before purchase or consumption.

4. Orders and Payments

Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or modify an order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Applicable prices, taxes, delivery charges and other costs will be displayed or communicated before order confirmation wherever reasonably possible.

5. Fresh Produce

Fresh agricultural produce is perishable and may naturally vary in appearance and condition.

Reasonable variations caused by seasonality, transportation, harvesting and natural agricultural conditions shall not by themselves constitute a defect.

Where applicable, concerns regarding fresh produce should be communicated within the time period specified in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, product availability, weather, traffic, farm conditions, logistics and other circumstances.

Kazhani will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the communicated timeframe but does not guarantee delivery at an exact time unless specifically confirmed.

7. Farm Visits and Experiences

Farm visits, workshops, educational programmes and other experiences may require advance registration.

Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions, farm rules and reasonable directions provided by Kazhani staff or representatives.

Agricultural environments may involve uneven surfaces, soil, plants, insects, animals, tools, weather conditions and other natural or operational hazards.

Participants attend such activities responsibly and must ensure that children remain under appropriate adult supervision.

Kazhani may modify, postpone or cancel an experience due to weather, farm conditions, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Consulting and Professional Services

Information provided through Kazhani's consulting or advisory services is based on the information, circumstances and requirements made available to us at the time.

Agricultural, environmental, waste-management and sustainability outcomes may depend on factors beyond Kazhani's control.

Specific project deliverables, responsibilities, fees, timelines and outcomes may be governed by separate agreements or proposals.

9. Waste Management Services

Where Kazhani provides waste-management, organic waste processing, composting, resource-recovery or related services, the scope, responsibilities, accepted materials, collection arrangements, processing methodology, reporting requirements and commercial terms may be governed by a separate service agreement.

Customers must not provide hazardous, prohibited or unauthorised materials unless specifically accepted by Kazhani in writing.

10. Sustainability and Environmental Claims

Kazhani may publish information about environmental, social and sustainability initiatives.

Any impact figures, environmental metrics or sustainability information displayed on the website are intended to communicate measured or documented activities based on the methodology and data available to Kazhani.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such information should not be interpreted as certification, accreditation, carbon-credit issuance, green-credit issuance or third-party verification.

Future environmental, ESG, carbon or green-credit activities will be undertaken subject to applicable standards, methodologies, regulations and verification requirements.

11. Impact Data

Kazhani may collect and maintain operational and impact-related information such as quantities of agricultural produce, waste processed, compost produced, farmers engaged, visitors, educational activities, biodiversity initiatives and other relevant indicators.

Where appropriate, such information may be aggregated and used for impact measurement, sustainability reporting, organisational reporting, research, programme evaluation and communication.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The updated version will be published on this website with the revised date.
